Look up Switzerland's healthcare system. It's probably the best one for America to borrow ideas from since it's the most market oriented universal system.

It's good to see people who are actually informed. So many people carry around signs and support candidates based on trivial reasons, such as the information you see in the news. If you get all your political news from the TV, you shouldn't be voting.
